Educational purpose

Accounts and communications
When you contact us or request enrollment, you agree to provide accurate contact details and not to submit seed phrases, private keys, or other secrets. We may refuse or terminate access for misuse, harassment, or attempts to share illicit material.
Intellectual property
Course videos, templates, text, branding, and site design are owned by Apinode Core or its licensors. You may use purchased materials for personal household education. You may not resell, publicly republish, or scrape content for competing products without written permission.
Informational pricing
Prices shown on this website are informational. Checkout is not processed on this site. Binding purchase terms, if any, are confirmed in a separate enrollment communication.
Disclaimer of warranties
Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that following any checklist will prevent loss, theft, or inability to recover digital assets. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apinode Core and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if you paid nothing through us.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Apinode Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your submission of secret recovery data to third parties, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
